This Privacy Policy explains how Algoseven, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit algoseven.com or communicate with us about this website.

Algoseven, LLC is the controller of personal information covered by this Policy. References to “Algoseven,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Algoseven, LLC.

This Policy covers the public website only. It does not govern Virgo, the Virgo Agent API, private deployments, customer projects, paid services, or information processed under a customer agreement. Those activities will be governed by the applicable product terms, services agreement, data processing terms, or other written agreement.

Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not control information processed independently by those third parties.

Information you provide

We may collect information you choose to provide when you email us, schedule a conversation, respond to us, or otherwise communicate with Algoseven. This may include:

• your name, email address, telephone number, time zone, and contact preferences;
• your employer, role, professional interests, and business contact information;
• meeting details, scheduling preferences, and information placed in scheduling notes;
• the content of messages, requests, feedback, and other correspondence; and
• information you provide about a potential customer, partner, vendor, procurement path, or opportunity.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting, network, and security providers may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP address, and security or diagnostic logs.

Information from other sources

We may receive professional or business information from referrals, partners, public sources, event organizers, government procurement systems, or people who believe an introduction may be relevant. We use that information only for legitimate business communications and relationship development.

We may use personal information to:

• operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website;
• schedule meetings and respond to questions, requests, or opportunities;
• understand your organization, needs, and potential relationship with Algoseven;
• evaluate potential services, product, partner, vendor, employment, or procurement relationships;
• send requested information and necessary administrative communications;
• improve our website, communications, offerings, and business operations;

• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and enforce our terms; and
• comply with law, legal process, and regulatory obligations.

We will not use contact information collected through a Calendly booking to place you on a marketing list unless you separately ask to receive marketing communications or applicable law otherwise permits us to contact you.

Where European or similar data protection law applies, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:

• Legitimate interests. Operating and securing the website, responding to business inquiries, developing business relationships, improving our operations, and protecting our rights.
• Steps toward a contract or performance of a contract. Evaluating a requested engagement or taking steps you request before entering an agreement.
• Consent. Sending optional marketing communications or using nonessential technologies when consent is required. You may withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligations. Meeting applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, security, and law-enforcement requirements.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider those interests against the rights and reasonable expectations of the people whose information we process.

The website does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, session replay, or an Algoseven analytics product. We do not currently offer on-site accounts, payments, newsletters, or submission forms.

Our hosting and security infrastructure may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies and may maintain technical logs to deliver the website, balance traffic, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors.

If we later add analytics, forms, newsletters, billing, account creation, or nonessential cookies, we will update this Policy and provide notice, consent controls, or opt-out tools when required before or when those technologies are introduced.

The contact page links to an Algoseven scheduling page hosted by Calendly. Algoseven does not load a Calendly embed or Calendly tracking script on the website before you choose to follow that link.

If you open the booking page, Calendly may collect information such as your name, contact details, time zone, device information, cookie data, and scheduling selections. Calendly processes certain booking information for Algoseven and may also process information for its own purposes under the Calendly Privacy Notice.

Please do not place classified, export-controlled, credential, customer-confidential, health, financial, or other sensitive information in scheduling notes. We can establish an appropriate channel before detailed information is exchanged.

The public website does not currently provide an AI assistant, automated decision system, or upload surface. Algoseven does not currently use personal information collected through this website to train Virgo or another Algoseven model.

We may use business software with AI-assisted features to support communications, security, research, or internal operations. Any such processing remains subject to this Policy, applicable law, access controls, and any written confidentiality obligations that apply.

We do not use website personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

Customer data, project materials, Virgo data, agent runs, model providers, and product-specific AI processing are outside this website Policy and must be addressed in the applicable customer and product agreements before those services are provided.

We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:

• Service providers. Providers that support hosting, security, communications, scheduling, professional services, and website operations, subject to appropriate contractual or legal restrictions.
• Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, and other advisors when needed to operate the business or protect our rights.
• Business relationships you request. Partners, procurement channels, or other parties when you ask us to coordinate with them or when disclosure is reasonably expected in a joint opportunity.
• Legal and safety purposes. Courts, regulators, law enforcement, government authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, rights, or property.
• Business transactions. Parties involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, diligence process, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate protections.

Algoseven does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information. If those practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices before the change applies.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Retention depends on the nature of the information, the relationship, legal and contractual requirements, security needs, dispute-resolution needs, and applicable limitation periods. We may retain limited records longer when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for choosing an appropriate communication channel. Do not send secrets, credentials, regulated data, or sensitive operational details through ordinary email or scheduling notes.

Algoseven is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguards, we will use an appropriate mechanism, such as contractual protections, before making the relevant transfer.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information about you. You may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain disclosures, or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

California and other U.S. state residents may have rights to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, correct inaccurate information, delete information, opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service without discrimination. Algoseven does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.

Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions may also have rights to data portability and to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

The website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, contact us so we can review and delete it when appropriate.

We may update this Policy as the website, our practices, or applicable laws change. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice or seek consent when required.
